Standoff on Devon Lane

As you might be aware, there is a situation involving an armed man with a hostage barricaded in an apartment in the Harrison located on Devon Lane by UPARK. Here's what we know: the person being held hostage is not a JMU student, Harrisonburg Police have been on the scene since 8:30 a.m. and SWAT teams are currently approaching the apartment in full tactical gear.
